Forum Thread and Download name in url

I am an e107 site based admin, and i have been searching for over 2 days for a solution:

Is there any possible way to use mod_rewrite in order to have the forum thread name and download name in URL?

well ofcourse its possible but a lot of core hacking is to be done for this..

If you are new to e107 or programming stuff then i really do not recommend this to you.

if you still want to do that then please visit
http://www.e107high.org/
and download SEF Pack from download section.

Well.. you are right.. i checked out e107high.org ... but that SEF pack doesn't have download name in URL... and that would be REAL SEO ( at least for me .. i`m running a tv subtitle site )
