hi sir
as u mentioned in the program i have checked the pin output on pin 12,17,and 39 the waves is all the same and sir i have applied capaictors on output of 7805 as well
link below
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DgynvYdqbpuDR1c0lYrfjwpV37LLKOs6/view?usp=drivesdk

now what changes should i do ??? to control mine motor perfectly

and sir i have connected transformer its giving perfect 100hz on pin 12
the output voltage of transformer is 12.10 v
i dont have perfect 9v transformer is it ok to work on 12.10 v

Yes, that is ok.

>now what changes should i do ??? to control mine motor perfectly

Try the original code again.
You can not control that kind of motor.
Use a light bulb.

hi sir
as u told
>Try the original code again
i have tried using mixer motor link below

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1J8khUV37XSPSMA0ylFEOAhb7sW8B-SaV/view?usp=drivesdk

and i have tried using 200 watt bulb as well link below

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fU5_SDEB-EaofEYV45zcjsLls_iQsaZC/view?usp=drivesdk

sir what should i do ??
can change in the program can control the bulb if yes ?? then what changes should i do

Okay..
That motor creates a lot of sparks which might confuse any micro,
It also looks dangerous

Better to use a light bulb. 50- 100 watts should be okay.
Here is a test program.
It uses no timers, buttons or interrupts, so is as simple as possible.
It does still need the input on pin 12.

It should light the bulb in 4 second steps from low to high power,
lighting the led display as it goes , then repeat.

If it does not work ,can you use the scope on the output (pin 39)
and make a video.

hi sir
as u mentioned above program i have tried
yellow pin 12 and blue pin 39 link below

https://drive.google.com/file/d/11CFf408hAB90kKPZH4eDKBrbNagpc3ca/view?usp=drivesdk

but sir there is no effect on bulb here i haved used 60 watt bulb but sir its showing waves on pin 39 on oscillscope as it increases as mentioned in video

Okay that is very interesting.

I have attached two screenshots.
One shows my Proteus simulation of what the display should look like.

You see one blue pulse (pin 39) for each yellow pulse (pin 12).
On your oscilloscope display, there is one pin 39 for every 3 pulses on pin 12.
We need to find out way.
It looks as if your clock speed is wrong.

What crystal are you using ?

Which micro are you using ?

The pulses on pin 39 should be 1 millisecond wide, what are they ?

There is still a lot of noise on pin 39, I have circled this in red.
So much noise will cause problems.
Please check the 5 volt supply with your oscilloscope to see if it
is noisy.

Do you have Proteus ?

hi sir
i have checked now much of the distortion in waves on pin 39 is being removed and bulb is also working fine
but sir i have to control it manually by switches can u send me asm file

IC:-AT86S52
CRYSTAL:-12MHz
yes i have proteus

and sir i have to desing this for fan what should i do???

I assume you meant a AT89S52.

It seems to me that the micro is running at the wrong speed (about 6 MHz)
Check the crystal with your scope.

The pulses on pin 39 should be 1 millisecond wide, how wide are they ?

I would replace the crystal and its capacitors.

>and sir i have to desing this for fan what should i do??
I don't think this controller will make a good speed controller for a fan.
In any case we can't work on that until we have it working.

hi sir
as u mentioned above to change crystal and capacitors finally its working fine
and i have burnerd the original program its also working as well

sir i have some query about mine project( ac motor controller)
we can control our ac motor through regulator so whats difference between this project and regulator and advantages ????

I'm glad we got there in the end

>whats difference between this project and regulator and advantages ????
Really this project is the same kind of regulator.
One difference is that you made it yourself.. more or less

With a normal regulator you have to be there to turn the dial,
with this project you can control motors or lights remotely
or by computer
