how program visual in visual basic 2008 to send BINARY or HEX data through USB serial going MCU

HI GUYS!! its my first time to learn visual basic 2008. and i already watch some video tutorial on this, and i cant find any sample tutorial controlling an external atmega8 through SERIAL. i dont know how to sent binary or hex data going out on the usb serial to atmega8 using vb 2008? do you any ideas there? please help..advance thanks guys!!=)

you can start with a sample application using VB2008 and modify it according to your requirement. thats the easiest way. you can get sample apps from codeproject.com they give complete explanation of code too.
