the key pad for coded lock not working in proteus

where the problem is ?

may be from the key pad or the code,i did expertly as ajay did on Proteus but is not working

there is some problem with keypad in schematic
change key pad connections then it will work
i also face same problem when i make it
if still face problem u can ask
