AT89S8253 code issue

Sir I am using AT89S8253 I have trying to use this microcontroller for imolementing voice commands . By using ADC with microphone , I would sample and save the generated adc values in EEPROM of AT89S8253 and after wards compare it with the voice listing can it be possible ??

No.
You will need a lot more memory and processing power.
Try the Raspberry Pi or one of its many, cheaper clones.
If it is practical, there will be software available for the Pi.
